2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) niceph33 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. niceph33 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, including submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of niceph33 or its affiliates; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (d) individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your niceph33 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You agree to notify niceph33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. niceph33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 All activity conducted through your niceph33 account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — shall be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in accordance with Section 3.2.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the niceph33 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). niceph33 does not accept foreign currency deposits.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. niceph33 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. niceph33 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. niceph33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. niceph33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
4.5 Processing Times. niceph33 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements. niceph33 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. niceph33 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as published on the Platform.
5.1 niceph33 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of automated software — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension.
5.3 niceph33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account and are subject to active wagering requirements will not be retroactively removed, except in cases of suspected abuse.
5.4 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may not be combined with other promotional offers. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms applicable to each promotion before opting in.
6.1 All games available on the niceph33 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognized testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes.

8.3 The niceph33 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of niceph33. You may not use any niceph33 trademark without our prior written consent.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, niceph33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 niceph33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9.3 In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, niceph33's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9.4 niceph33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your niceph33 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 niceph33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. 11.1 niceph33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) you have provided false or misleading information; or (d) it is necessary to do so to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.
11.2 Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests that have been verified and approved prior to termination will be processed in the normal course. Balances associated with accounts terminated due to breach of these Terms may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach.
11.3 You may close your niceph33 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
12.1 niceph33 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
12.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
12.3 niceph33 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, in its handling of all personal data.
13.1 niceph33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, niceph33 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 In the event of any dispute between you and niceph33, we encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. niceph33 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
